Carrie Bohlig - How she turned her side hustle into a main hustle and is living the life she loves.

Today I have Carrie Bohlig.

She's a full-time parent and part-time entrepreneur and living the life she chooses with the freedom to enjoy doing what she loves.

Carrie is quick to admit, there is no such thing as an overnight success, and has built a business where she now teaches aspiring entrepreneurs how to turn their side hustle into a main hustle with her company Tandem Consulting.

She and her husband, Craig Clickner, coach human beings with the drive & ambition to do more outside of their career but need access to people at a higher level to be able to achieve their bigger vision.

In the side gig economy, many want to start a side hustle but have the same question: "I don't have a big, scaleable idea!", "I don't have a lot of monetary resources" or "I don't know where to start." Tandem Consulting supports aspiring business owners from diverse professional backgrounds with over $5MM in annual global revenues & extensive experience coaching individuals.

They provide a unique combination of 1 on 1 mentorship in addition to providing systems. They help their partners launch & scale their own business as a side hustle remotely outside of their full-time career.

They have helped many professionals scale-out of corporate all together as a result of developing ongoing income.

Their emphasis is on leadership development, communication skills, personal financial management, & most importantly foundational mindset to effectively scale a business.

About the Podcast

5 Questions with Frank Mengert
5 Questions with Frank Mengert is a podcast for those who want to do more in their life and career. Interviews with entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, intrapreneurs, business leaders and others who share their origin stories and lessons that shaped them.
5 Questions with Frank Mengert was born out of my quest to change the perception of what we see on social media and what real life is all about. Life is not all about models, bottles, boats, jets, fashion, and people showing off stacks of cash.

As someone who is working on his 4th company, I've ridden the rollercoaster of being an entrepreneur while also having the experience of having been an intrapreneur working for corporate.

This podcast will show you a look into the lives of people just like you. People who you can relate to who have been where you have been and who are now where you might aspire to be someday.

If someone else had done it before you, there is a way for you to achieve those goals. If you are feeling stuck or have hit that wall. Tune in to hear about how others have been successful overcoming challenges to conquer their desires.
